Get to Know Us
A teacher, a nurse, and a doctor walk into a bar...
and decide that Nakusp needs its own brewery.
Though it may sound like a joke, we mean business. As passionate craft beer drinkers and brewers, we saw a need for craft beer in Nakusp, as well as a welcoming, cozy, gathering place.

We built this brewery from the ground up and poured sweat, tears (and a few beers) into creating a welcoming space for both locals and travellers to feel at home.

Just Beer
Style: Kolsch | ABV: 5.0% | IBU: 15
Sometimes simple is best. Just Beer is a clean, crip Kolsch brewed for those who appreciate a straightforward, easy-drinking beer.
Thorn to be Wild
Style: Blackberry Blonde Ale | ABV: 6.0% | IBU: 16
A smooth, light-bodied blonde ale brewed with the flavour of juicy blackberries. A delicate malt profile and a refreshing finish make this beer the perfect patio pint.
Hop Springs IPA
Style: West Coast IPA | ABV: 5.6% | IBU: 50
A classic West Coast IPA crafted with hop lovers in mind. Showcasing bright citrus, floral hop aromas, and subtle pine. This crips and refreshing IPA delivers balanced bitterness and a clean, dry finish.
Brewer's Mark
Style: Citra IPA | ABV: 6.4% | IBU: 45
Named for the beer that helped define our brewing journey, Brewer's Mark is soft and hazy with a creamy oatmeal body. Bursting with citrus and tropical fruit from generous Citra hopping, even IPA skeptics will be surprised by this beer.

The Nitro Espress

A rich and robust stout with full flavour, poured on a nitro blend tap. Notes of dark chocolate and espresso combine with a subtle smoky finish. Velvety and smooth.

Do you offer food?
We offer small snacks and bites. If you're looking for more, feel free to bring in food from one of our great local restaurants...or last night's leftovers.
Are dogs allowed?
We welcome all well-behaved pooches to our patio and side yard. No pups inside please.
Do you have drinks for non-beer drinkers?
Yes! We serve wine, cider, and also have a selection of non alcoholic beverages including Nonny beers.
Do you take reservations?
First come, first served. No reservations.
Do you offer gluten-free beer?
Yes! We are excited to offer Grey Fox Brewing gluten-free beer on tap as well as Shuswap Cider by the can.

Are kids allowed?
Yes, bring the whole crew. We're stocked with goldfish crackers and juice boxes to keep em' happy.
